fear of mediocrity



I've realized why it has taken so long to make an initial posting:
I'm simply afraid it will be mediocre.

I need to accept that sometimes it might only be that. And sometimes it will be good.
And sometimes top notch.

a dear lady, name of Erica, actually went searching for the recipe online to my left-over
St. Patrick's Day Corned Beef & Soggy Cabbage Shepherds Pie.
She liked the looks of the picture I posted from my iPhone on foodphotoblog.com !

So I guess that's not mediocre.
And it really was tasty.

I think feel encouragement.
